Pre-orders take 4–6 weeks to be fulfilled. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email. Your order then enters the pre-order production process, your piece is prepared and quality checked, and it is shipped once ready. Tracking information is sent to you as soon as it becomes available.

Cancellation requests can be made before your order enters production. Returns are handled case by case — reach out through the contact page with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Checkout is handled securely by our payment provider. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and may include card payments and other local options.

Once your order has shipped you'll receive tracking information by email, which you can use to follow your parcel through to delivery.
