Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable or where details cannot be verified.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items are produced after the order is placed. Pre-orders take 4–6 weeks before shipping. Estimated timelines are indicative and may change; we will let you know if there is a significant delay.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment provider. The methods available to you are shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.
Shipping
Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the method chosen, and begin once the item has left us.
Returns
Return requests should be made through the contact page with your order number. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests can be made before an order enters production. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details, and for selecting the correct size before completing your order.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your order and respond to your enquiries, and we do not sell your personal information.
